Worldwide Inside Sales Manager (US)

US based, preferably New York Tri-State area
Reporting to the Worldwide VP of Sales and Marketing, this individual will manage the company’s sales of products and services worldwide and provide individual sales support with strategically assigned accounts. Ensures consistent profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings.

Core functions:

Manages worldwide sales team to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
Manage strategic accounts and associated growth targets when appropriate.

Core responsibilities:

Full revenue responsibilities for sales organizations on a worldwide basis. Includes prospects, customers and/or partners.
Personally manage new sales, account management and maintenance revenue on strategically assigned accounts.
Accurately forecast, review and manage the sales process using Salesforce.com. Provide weekly reports to Management and make recommendations to ensure revenue targets are met.
Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures with Worldwide VP of Sales & Marketing.
Collaborate with VP of WW Sales & Marketing to develop sales strategies to improve market share.
Institute a formal and repeatable training program for new personnel and existing staff.
Collaborate with WW VP of Sales & Marketing to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
Hold regular meetings with sales staff.

Qualifications:

A University degree or equivalent in business or marketing studies is preferred.
Candidate should have a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience in Sales and Sales Management with a technology firm.
Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
U.S. based, New York Tri-State area preferred.

Consultant (US)

US based with overseas travel
Due to growing demand for Corso’s products and services a vacancy for Product/Method Consultant has now become available.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in configuring IBM Rational System Architect on client sites and have a good understanding of how the tool connects with other products in the IBM Rational product range especially Focal Point and Rational Team Concert. The ability to proactively solve customer issues will be expected but the right candidate can expect to develop into a broader consulting role implementing the end to end Strategic Planning Platform. The candidate will have the chance to be part of a growing company in its formative stages and play a key role in its growth whilst growing their own skills and capabilities as part of a clearly defined development program.

The candidate will be US based but expect to support the worldwide Corso operation and partners.

Activities include:

Client Training and mentoring
Implementation and contribution to Corso SPP framework/methodology
Developing demo scripts and technical collateral
Supporting SaaS client base
Providing technical expertise to support the sales teams
